Someone recomend me to learn C++ for progam in unreal engine 4 or leark ue4 tutirials???

You should be familiar with the basics first before getting into application part.

If you are going to jump directly to learning UE4 and not learn basics of C++ then you will be only able to make games upto a limited extent and will be depended on game engine for developement.

So it's always a good idea to learn skill not the tool.
