How c/c++ Programming languages differ from challenges and real time jobs...?

I really want to know how exactly c/c++ languages differ from sololearn or any other challenges and real time programming jobs.

If anyone know about it, please give me a perfect solution. If you do have time to spare, Please Direct message me and Conclude my confusion.

The names sounding similar don't mean the same thing. (Like Java, and JavaScript, being very different), it's just that C can't support objects, classes, etc. while C++ can.

Mocha I don't mean the difference between c and c++. Instead What I mean is the difference between program in challenges and real time job projects.
