Why I am seeing duplicate questions and codes?

Question

When I use sololearn, sometimes I see the same question twice time in Q&A discussion . The questions asked by the same user ,also the same views ,same minutes ,same votes and same comments. I became surprised when I see this. Also I see the same code given twice time code playground .
Why is this happening to me ?
Is the problem in sololearn ?

That happened with me so many times, later I came to know that it was because of my kinda poor Internet connection.

Why don't you contact the SoloLearn team instead of posting it here?
