This has happened to me a lot recently, randomly the app just stops being online, and the only way to fix that is by restarting my phone, which some times doesn't work either. Has anyone had this problem before?

Yes, I too faced this problem and I just updated the app, it's fixed. Try to update, it may also fix your problem
