What display values are most important?

What display values should I learn? What are the most used ones?

For me, most important are the 'block' and 'none', i use them more than the others.

Nowadays you should really get to grips with grid and flexbox for their responsive properties. Grids for 2d information i.e rows and columns, and flexbox for 1d info i.e. a row or column. Work your way up to grid-areas.
Also need to think about using media queries with them for a responsive layout.

Ore because there is only an upvote and a downvote option, I can't upvote half of his answer and downvote the other half. Also, you can't understand if I'm mad or not through text, I haven't used caps or bad words, or said anything offensive, the only thing I have said so far is why I don't agree with his warning and I also have answered to some of your extra answers. Also, I don't see why upvoting my comments is bad, if you don't like your own comments who will? I don't do it for badges, I already have got the badges, and that's not because I upvoted my answers, thats because some of my answers were good.

flex, grid, table, none, block, inline-block. They are all important. I don't know if there are more but these six seem to be the most used. inline-block and table are becoming obsolete gradually. Why not learn all?

Ore because there are many, but I will try to learn these six for now, I already know the inline, block, inline-block, inline-table and table-cell values, I have also learned some stuff about flex, but I still haven't finished learning it.

Flex and Grid are the most flexible and powerful in my opinion. If you learn them it will change the way you design layouts forever.

Gordon Nuh, this question is more specific than 80% of the questions in Q&A forum. Sorry but I gotta disagree with you, you get dozen of questions asking "whats the best language to learn", "what do you think about that", "best way to do this", etc, I ask what display values should I learn, obviously there will be different opinions, no matter the question.

As you have said, "there will be different opinions", that's how we reach the agreement that this is an open-ended question.

They can explain better why open-ended questions should be removed; and maybe also why some open-ended threads are not removed.

Karak10 I did not mean "mad" specifically. I was kinda asking why you disagree with him to the extent of downvoting. However, I think you have answered that enough.

Secondly, I did not say it is bad to upvote your comments. Moreso, I don't see how that can be done for badges. How many badges can one get for a single upvote?

Now recapping what happened,
1. Gordon replied with a very explanatory answer to your question and included a warning underneath stating that your question is openended.

2. You replied him saying you agree that it is open ended but many questions are equally open ended.

3. He thereafter stated that a senior moderator will respond to this and see if it is truly worthy of deletion.

I said you where been disrespectful because he was been polite and helpful and you seemingly failed to see that.

I am not judging and definitely do not know with what intent you said anything you said.

I think, try display:grid; and flex because i don't think you'd like to mainly focus on the ones that are already default in the browsers yet there are more important ones.

Gordon I don't care about some stupid badges, I already have them anyway, the reason I upvote my comments is because I believe they are right, and the reason I downvoted yours is because in my opinion your judgement of my question is wrong, since from my prespective with your kind of logic any kind of question that's not a yes or no question can be considered an open ended question. As you can see I liked your next answer, because I do agree that the senior moderator will judge, and I respect that.
