What I meant by font-awesome stuff is external links for fonts or icons or JavaScript scripts.

It'd be much easier to figure out why your nav bars are not working if you could attach the code here.

And yes notepad can run without WiFi but...if you have dependencies like font-awesome stuff in your code it might not work as expected

Yes it requires internet. Also writing code on PC or phone is virtually the same. It is just the view(screen sizes) that differs.

You won't be able to use the Handlee font unless you are connected to the internet.
