How do I view the most recent posts?

Question

There is an option to view the most recent questions and codes, but I can't really find this option for posts, why? I want to see more posts, but its hard, because my feed is full of answers people I follow have given and badges they got and stuff like these, how do I view only posts, and more specifically the most recent posts?
