You can use pydroid3, Qpython 3l
or termux it is a linux emulator where you can install python and text editors and run python scripts

For IOS: Python3IDE, but it doesn’t support GUI, UI. There are many for IOS,Go to App Store and search Python IDE. For Android: PyDroid3. It supports GUI and UI.
