I'm weak in Math. Do i able to learn java or python?

Yes.

I find the most advanced math I use doing most software development projects is taught in elementary school. These are things like how to add, subtract, multiply, divide, get remainder from division.

Number bases such as binary and hexadecimal become important but they're much less difficult than you'd think before getting into them. You don't need to know binary or hex to get started programming.

The more high school level math such as calculus is used for things that you can learn after you're ready for more advanced topics. These are things like time complexity analysis. Unless you work on graphics in games, linear algebra for 2D and 3D graphics isn't ever very important.
