This question is not specific enough. Im going to try to answer it though, so bear with me.

Also, you can program in any nation, given proper tools such as internet and a computer with electricity.

As far as competition for jobs in Pakistan, I honestly have no idea, but i'm sure if you build up a portfolio of things you have created, someone will gladly hire you.

Well, what I have learned is that if you try to make new things, and look up examples of how to do them, then trying to replicate that, you learn more of that programming language. For example, say you wanted to know how to make a comment section for a website you are making. You would look it up, implement it into your website, and in the process, learn new things.
Google will be your best friend as a programmer. Just google it.
