Can you suggest me a lanaguage(programming) and editor to make apps on my laptop(i5 processor and windows)?
Should I use android studio and Java/Kotlin to make apps or use Xamarain and cSharp/c#. I would like to see aome suggestions on which language and editor i should download.

Visual studio (vbasics or visual c#) is a software for making apps for windows.
Android studio (java / kotlin) is used for android apps.
if you want to make game, learn c# or python and then use unity or construct.

Kotlin, flutter are new players in the field, they make much cross platform aap which can run on ios and android both, so for starters you can use Android studios and make android apps.

for android I advise java and kotlin, but now the leading programming language for android development is kotlin
