What languages or programs do you recomend me to learn?

I want to create/develop an app that lets user read articles and gives useful information of tópics about niche and passions that they find interesting and some niche/passions dont require college. The articles will also contain links to free and paid courses online about the topics that they want to learn about.

Mainly HTML,PHP, some JavaScript and C#(ASP.net). CSS is optional.

if you want to develop android, then you have to learn basic and core java and xml. if you want to develop Windows apps, you can learn c++ or c#. actually its depends on your criteria. but of you want to be a good developer then you must have to expert any one object oriented language.
