You can't start a freelancer service learning after html only. If you want to start freelance service as a Web designer than learn CSS and its libraries such as pureCSS, JQueryUI and W3.CSS and also learn LOGO Design.
And if you want to start service as a Web developer, than learn JavaScript, PHP or Nodejs or Python Django with HTML.

You should master ms excel.
If it is data scientist go to python .
