Where I have to save my image file in mobile so it appears when i put it into my html code?

Local files aren't supported in the Sololearn playground as you can only view the image and not others(that same image will not be in other phones). Use images that are stored online or you can use a CDN if you wish. You can also upload the image to Google Drive,Dropbox,etc. (any cloud storage).

Google drive have some limitation, as you can consult images on the site, but you cannot link them to an html page ^^
Anyway, some others hosts ( there's a lot, free or not ) could have similar limitations, but it's easy to find hosts that don't avoid web linking: search for "free image hosts" on google...
