@ali: You need to buy a domain name and a hosting service provider (GoDaddy, Hostgator). Each hosting service has a C-panel(control panel). In that there's a section where you upload your HTML file. To make this less redundant (updating you r HTML whenever there's any change), you can setup File Transfer Protocol which will automatically update your HTML files as and when you save them.
