Swift language is not being updated on Sololearn, as in course Its currently Swift 4 but current version of swift Language is 5

Question describes almost everything, since we r outdated syntaxes will be different in latest version?

Yes, and UIKit is not going to be supported by Swift in the near future. The last module is everything about UIKit (Building your first iOS app). There is a more beautiful (no surprise) way and it is called SwiftUI. If you are on an iPad, download Swift Playgrounds. Else, learn from Hacking with Swift.
