What is the Difference between Root and Non-Root device??.In case of Android phone!!!

There are some apps. That specified for Root and Non-root device. But I don’t' know what is it???

Rooting your android phone gives you(the user) the root(administrative) access of your device, it gives the ability (or permission) to alter or replace system applications and settings, run specialized applications ("apps") that require administrator-level permissions, or perform other operations that are otherwise inaccessible to a normal Android user. The Black Hat 🇧🇩 there is nothing like a root or a non root device, it is the privileges given to you(the user). You can consider it similar to loging in as "administrator" in a windows PC, or as "root" user in any linux based OS
