How restart or shutdown client pc by server?

i write windiws application under network.i can send request from clients and respod server but i can not send any request from server to clients.
please help me to resolve my problem.

Your problem could be anything.
Maybe you have unidirectional hardware connections between server and clients.Or some software problems.You need to show this to someone near you.
