I completed the bts challenge but when it was time to collect the certificate and badge it showed me that i have to start again.

What should i do?

See it might possible that you have left last streak

Or you could be right bcz such cases has been seen here.

Show I think you have streak notifications in post also so make a complaint to sololearn about it and ask for reason and if it is their fault they may revive you achievement again .
And also in the side restart it from today bcz it might possible to be your fault.
