Python can run in the code playground without having to download on mobile phone?

just trying to clarify the above, as it is not very clear from the instructions, with the first part saying no but the following saying I have to and to get the version right

Code Playground will upload your code, execute it at their end, display output to you. So you don't need to install other things to use playground

Written here means that your mobile phone (or other device running solo learn application) have to be connected to internet (on-libe via WiFi, 3/4G or GPRS or CDMA) :-) to run your code in playground.

Oh, I can not correct "on-libe" to "on-line" while I am at e-ink e-book device running Android (I am able to Edit my own messages while I use mobile phone or tablet computer running Android too but here at my reader I can not see my comment after clicking/touching "Edit")
