Keep getting "Something went wrong"

Question

How can I post a question that has a good description and code sniped?? Keep getting "Something went wrong". I searched this but it seems like this was happening to people during challenges. Is there a word limit in questions. I'm using the web version btw. Thanks.

Post code using +insert.
And describe problem well using description and code both if long.

Sometimes went wrong is due to
1.less internet speed.
2.code/post deletedor removed.

2.of there is word limit in both title(128) and description(1024) of question.

Thanks alI for trying to help.
Just checked my SoloLearn app on my phone. I do see the insert + sign, right there in the middle, but I don't see this option on the web page. I wish I could share my screenshot. There is no insert + on the web page to ask a question. Anyway, thanks again.
