How to make a app?

I am good at JS and i want to make a gaming app.
I also want to publish it .
Can someone tel me any software or any thing else that can be used to make games with JS.

Also tell if there is any game engine that doesn't require any knowledge of computer languages .
It should be free.

My priority is on game engine that dienst require any background knowledge of any Computer Language.please tell .

+1 for phaser, it's pretty easy and has an awesome community. As for the game engines that doesn't require coding, I'd suggest Construct 2 and GameMaker studio
