Can't rejoin Back to School streak, tracking not working

Question

I lost my steak on 9/15, so I wanted to jump back on immediately so that I could get my 15 days in time. But I wasn't given a way to rejoin the steak, the ad is missing from my feed.

On top of that, I get no status update when I complete a daily lesson, but I can see from my daily goals in the feed that it knows I'm filling lessons daily. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, but it still won't show up again. Any suggestions? I'd hate to lose my chance for the streak due to a technical issue. If all goes well, my 15th day will be on 9/30

No need to rejoin.. Just continue doing lessons.. It will count again,
But you can't complete from 1 to 15. Time is over....

Jayakrishna🇮🇳 As I mentioned, I'm currently on my way to finishing the streak on 9/30, contest ends on 10/1 so I should be able to complete. But the app isn't promoting the streak anymore so it's not counting it I fear.

Jayakrishna🇮🇳 apologies, I will clarify. I anticipate finishing my 15 days streak on September 30, if the app tracks my streak... But it isn't counting. I'm 5 days into my new streak but I'm not getting any tracking popup like I used to before it was reset

OK. From the feed you can see your daily streak, not for BTS streak. If you don't get status after doing lesson, just continue. Its may network issue.

The link redirects me to the contest announcement page with the "get the app"button in it. Opening it directly in sololearn didn't do anything as far as I'm aware. Tried completing today's lesson and didn't get a streak update.

Is there a bug support thread or email I should use?

Are you joined BTS by updating app previously ?

I previously joined by being a new sololearn user in September. I didn't need to update the app, it was already updated the first time I got it (2 weeks ago)

I mean SoloLearn added BTS add option in new update when the contest is announced.. On the update version only you can see BTS join button on top of your feed section with details.. Did you see it and joined through that ( like subscribing).. After joining that you need to do lessons per day of 15 days.. After completing a lesson, you will get a pop-up saying you are on streak number - N.
If you miss between a day, streak starts from 0 again... After completing 15days you will get all rewards.. Contest winners announced on 2-Oct...

Jayakrishna🇮🇳 when I first got the app (as in brand new account) 2 weeks ago, I saw that popup, clicked it, and was joined. I was getting streak updates, and the popup in my feed went away. I would show you the proof via a streak status post, but I thought that was tacky so I didn't make one. 10 days in, I forgot a day accidentally. Since then, I have not gotten any updates about my second streak attempt.

You have made it very clear to me that this is an app/account issue, and that I should contact sololearn support, there won't be a straightforward solution.

Who and how do I contact support?

I don't understand what is 9/30.
Content only for 15days..
It's all about, if you joined the BTS, then complete a lesson per day continus 15 days (as per SoloLearn time zone). If you miss a day, count will reset to 0. Just you can continue again doing a lesson per day.. You should complete 15 day streak before 1-October.
