JAVASCRIPT DOUBTS

Hi to all the comunity of programmers, I'm new to coding, and further now im learning Python. Investigating in a forum about a topic, i was reading about JAVASCRIPT. I tried before web development, learning about HTML and CSS but It wasnt my "thing". It's necessary to learn this to last programming languages to specialized in JAVASCIRPT?. It depends. If you want to do front end, then yes, you need to learn that (IMO is not that big of a problem. JavaScript seems harder to me than HTML/CSS). You can also work with JavaScript on the server-side, using Node.js or Deno (Deno is an improved version of Node.js, created by the same creator of Node.js. But Deno is under development yet, so it may be unstable). With both Node and Deno you can create web servers, interact with databases, the file system, Internet of Things (aka IoT). Python has its advantages too, one of the thing I'm most interested on with Python is machine learning.
