Basically to make a website visible on the internet, you need to Host your website in a domain,
This simply means uploading your code/website to a storage system which others are able to connect to to run your website code!

Leaving the tech-stuff aside, I highly recommend Netlify as it is a great place to host your site for free and they do all the tech stuff for you!!
