Where to work with html/css? What to learn then?

Hi everyone! I like learning html/css/Java but it seems like there are no companies which need such employees. I thought I'm gonna work as junior frontender after learning , but when looking for a job they all want php, node.js and more and Noone wants html/css. True? What does a frontender really do? What kind of job needs html/css?

Instead of only having fundamental knowledge, you need a set of skills to be capable for occupational task. Here is roadmap for frontend, backend and fullstack : https://github.com/kamranahmedse/developer-roadmap/blob/master/README.md

Well you can't directly land job with just HTML and CSS in most cases. You need to learn JavaScript and one of it's good framework/library like Angular or React for frontend. Companies use frameworks because they make life easy. But that doesn't mean HTML and CSS are useless, they are core base for any web language. Doesn't matter if you learn php or node you always need HTML CSS.

Tbh I really don't know much about But I will like to say as See if u are professionally done with html css and js Then they should offer a job a website developer By html css and js u can create some simple games to Just like flappy and dino etc. Don't know much about it ..😅😅😅 By the way thnx and some thing I know is Front-end developers are responsible for a website's user-facing code and the architecture of its immersive user experiences. In order to execute those objectives, front-end devs must be adept at three main languages: HTML, CSS, and Javascript programming.

they want html and css. as well as some knowledge in word... Bur those are basics they more or less expect. There are tons if tools that make good webpages where no knowledge is needed. I see no chance with onlY html and css.

Html and Css don't get the job you want. Because companies this days are advancing and technology will be in high demand. So if you are using html and Css I suggest you learn JavaScript. Then you can be a front end developer if you know those three languages well.
