I have to built ka website as for compition in college, i have less time to make it, i have a very basic knowledge of html and css but I'm learning, so can anybody guid me in making any website.. please I'm in need

First of all decided what is your project. Think related to.
Eg:- 1) what is the use of your project.
2) which type of task it will perform.
3)make your project attractive by using good colour, images, etc.
