Help me Fix the Bug

Question

My To Do List refuses to work, its supposed to create a new 'p' tag with the value inputed by the user once the '+' button is pressed. It throws an error in Sololearn Editor but works fine when displayed on browsers and on my VS code editor(laptop). What could be the problem?
