there are many websites showing tables of color codes with hex/rgb values and color names. I think they're more helpful.

min is 0, 00
max is 255, ff
if all the numbers are the same,
rgb(170, 170, 170)
its a shade of grey.
if one category exceeds another it will be a shade of that color
rgb(12,38,240)
shade of blue

you can also use rgba
or #ffeedd40
alpha, kind of like a shade of it.
transparency.
