I learned c++and I want to continue my learning
I like to make graphical applications
Which programming language is the best choice for me?

First off, you don't need to learn other languages just be able to have a GUI.
You can start by checking out the QT library for C++.
I would also suggest you to Google for a more comprehensive list of C++ GUI libraries.

HTML, CSS, JS. is best if you want to make graphics.
But, wait, it can ONLY make web apps, websites, etc.

If you want to make GUI for desktop. Then you can learn, java, c#, etc.
I guess C# is better.
