Can we ask a question in other languages? Or we have to ask in English.

We don’t have to ask in English but you will get more answers if you ask in English. I reccomend you to ask in English

I have seen questions in Spanish, Russian and French. If it's a popular language, you're likely to get answers from the community.

If you can translate to English yourself then I would tend to agree.

However, using something like Google translate does not always result in the greatest of questions. You may get better results asking in your primary language than you would if Google translate butchered your question.

I'm not saying that is always the case but it does happen. You're taking a chance either way.
