We should know Blender before using Three.js ?

Question

Will I want to learn Blender (any other 3D graphics making platform) before using three.js ?
Can't I make a 3D sprite without Blender??

if you want to create new 3D objects like car you should know blender. if you want to use already available 3D objects you don't need blender. it is good to learn blender if you are going to develop a game or if you will work everyday on 3D objects.
there are many programs that can do what blender can do but many of them are paid and will offer same futures which blender is providing.
