but I want all in one....And about Dev c++ it's for C and C++ right...It's good indeed...

for programming languages like c/c++ you can use
Dev C++ or widely used CodeBlocks...
and for scripting languages like HTML CSS OR JavaScript you can use Sublime Text or Notepad++
all of them are free and very user friendly...
