I'm beginning to lose confidence in my programming skills

Question

Lately I've lost my ability to problem solve. Up until a few months ago I was doing pretty good. I could just look at a question and solve it with code. But now that's not as easy as it used to be. My skills have gradually been degrading and now Im back to planning simple questions on paper. Any tips for me to stay motivated and possibly get better again?
