This games are produced under big development team and has a million dollars of investment. And it's takes years to complete a project like this.

So you can not complete big project like this Alone. You need a team of experienced developers and tools like games engine which are Not Free in the context of large development.

Btw you can develop small 2d games, all you need is better concept for your project.
