Is advanced C# required for unity game development

BY BASIC C# I MEAN, BASIC ARITHMETICS, LOOPS, ARRAYS AND METHODS. ARE THOSE ENOUGH FOR ME TO DEVELOPE A GAME, BECAUSE I AM STRUGGLING TO LEARN ADVANCED C#
