How to continue atter failing question

Hit wrong answer and retried with all option answers but rejected and not moving any way forward

Post that full question with option or post a screen shot. Or use hints,..
Ok. Assuming about in a lesson's chapter test quiz... Try to confirm you checked all options.. If it still not passing test, then with a screen shot mailto : [e-mail] telling a bug in lesson..
Or also you can report from in-app section's report bug option...
