Machine learning or python3?

Here are courses for both and I would like to know if I should start with machine learning or python3? Or should I learn both together?

First you learn Python, after completing python and understanding python completely then you start machine learning.

To learn Mechine Learning , you have to understand Python well.
So, learn Python first.
