Piano virtual application with android

Hi, I want to create a music learning application that comes with music notes from the left side of the screen while playing music. And when the music succeeds, the notes also stop moving. By pulling back the music, the notes should also go back and be completely at the same time with the sound. For this issue, can you help me how can I implement it in Android Studio?

I want to know, do you want to perform all this tasks in the systems home launcher, or within your applications MainActivity?

IDK but you're music notes could be similar to audio visualizers, so it's need audio record permission, I used it with my old project.
