How long does it take quizzes to be approved in Quiz factory?

It depends. Some may be approved quickly, others may take months to be approved, or they might not by not be approved at all.

People evaluate them. You can go to quiz factory and evaluate quizzes that people submit. If it gets too many downvotes, it will be rejected. I don't know how many people have to like your question for it to get approved.
