I need help there using these words root and id and stuff like I'm supposed to already know what that is I dont can someone help

Where are you seeing these terms? It sounds like you're learning HTML/CSS, in which case there are tons of resources available. There are online courses within the sololearn app. Externally, you can find official documentation such as https://dev.w3.org/html5/html-author/ and other learning resources through your favorite search engine.
