Kotlin/flutter for multiplatform

Which one is best for creating apps for Android and IOS, confusing to chose.

Reiner answer is both yes and no, If you're comparing flutter with other frameworks such as xamrin or phonegap than it's could be yes, but with native (java/Kotlin) difference will be smaller, but nevermind, in far future with goggles chromeOS or fuchsiaOS , probably flutter could replace java and Kotlin.

Kotlin is for building native Android applications not multiplatform, but flutter is an framework by Google, for creating multiplatform apps in one code base.
