You will need html css and js to make a web page like facebook. If you want to add functions like user registration, login, messages etc. You will need to learn php and mysql or nodeJs

I add this before if you want to make a website like fb it is a huge project you will need html,CSS , Javascript plus some libraries like bootstrap and other also PHP and my SQL ok
