I want to add a few conditional statements in my Google form script editor, to enble my form fuction smatter.

Example, when a user chooses say Continent A, then automatically, the user can only input users found in that continent A.

You can easely do it by the Google's Form Editor by selecting for each questions "More option". Then you go on "Advanced Options" and now you can modify the access to a questions.
