I’m a little confused
What is the best way to learn programming
And to be an expert?
Should I work on different projects and try to finish them on my own
Or just looking videos on the internet
Or participating in a class
Which one is more better?

I want to see different opinion about it

I think what is more important is the question why learn programming?When you have a great motif to do something you do it with your best way.But to be strictly in my response here i advice you to learn from online courses that provide a lesson and quiz in each part of courses module to test your understanding grow up .
