My main sololearn account was banned in 2019 but I didn't do anything after previous warn

I just got the last warning they said this is last warning to me or something that I had done. and deleted that message that they were talking about then after the next day i was banned without any reason. That warning mod didn't ban me but pls help
Ps : my ip doesn't work on appel of sololearn

Ipang i was banned without doing anything wrong actually I did they gave me a exception and the next day another mod banned me
