I want to make a highlighter button that appears after a paragraph selection

I want to make the client choose the highlighter color is there a property to make elements appear after the client selects the paragraph just like the copy and cut

Oh I see, you are talking about the context menu that appears on some devices. Well, that menu is device/OS dependant and can't be manipulated with JavaScript, there's no API for it.
I don't know a way to achieve the behavior you want without (re)doing everything from scratch by yourself. That's definitely not easy (I wonder if it's possible at all, but I might be overlooking things).

Kevin yeah but i want instead of the colored button an edit button that looks the exact same as the copy cut web search and those things which only appears on selection
