Is It A Good Advice?

My Bro advised me to learn html 80% css 70% and JavaScript 60%. After doing few projects with what i have learnt, I should complete remaining course... Is it a good advice?

Mr.Kalyankumar That advice may not be useful for you because as a beginner you cannot possibly know how much of a language you have learnt. If you try to learn 80% of HTML, you might end up not learning up to 20%. Moreover, it is not wise to separate learning and practicing into 2 distinct processes. You learn more from coding than you will ever learn from watching a tutorial video. I therefore advice that you practice why learning and learn why practicing. You should start building simple projects and don't be hesitant to look for help when you get stuck. Happy coding.
