What is best languages for beginners?

C. it's the mother of lot's of languages (PHP, Java, C++, etc), or Python which is highly recommended for beginners because of it's simplicity. Even simpler from that you can learn html which is a markup language not programming, but could be a good start anyway.

python is a great starting point, can Tech you all the fundamentals of code writing.
c++ would be a good next step or even staying step but the learning curve of steeper. c++ will help you understand what's going on at a lower level.
