There are some information, in one is said that C is low level, and another C is high level?

It gets compiled into machine language that instructs the processor. However ASSEMBLER is even closer and let's you talk straight to the CPU but is very difficult to learn because you are instructing the CPU directly almost as close you can get to the binary options like the 1100:0011 instructions that the CPU actually understand and runs on. So derivative language that exists are C++ C# etc. But believe me if you learn it a whole new world opens up and you can do whatever you want with it. First let understand it the C language work at low level but that does not necessarily make a low level functioning language it can be use to operate at very high level ranging from Scientific computing , macro controller , Satellite programming and even in the development of other high level programming language such as Python and others C is just at the back sitting doing all the work , making their developer complete Task faster , this is a Amazing language every computer Scientists must understand . A high level language is a language that can be easily written and read by humans. All the languages on sololearn are high level. C is sometimes called a low level language because it is better than some other langauges at controlling the hardware. That is why operating systems are usually written in C.
